evroc Credits

Credits are a monetary balance applied to your organization that can be used toward future usage.

How credits work

  • Credits are added to your organization via a redemption code (a voucher you enter in the Console).
  • Once redeemed, the credit balance is available to offset usage charges.
  • Credit vouchers are non-retroactive by default. Usage incurred before the credits were applied is not eligible to be offset by the credit balance.
  • You can see whether a credit voucher is retroactive by checking the 'valid from' date after you have entered the voucher. All usage from that date is eligible for credit offset.

Credits and fees

  • After your fees are calculated each month, your available credit balance is applied before payment is charged.
  • Once your eligible, available credit balance is consumed, remaining fees will be charged to your indicated payment method.

Credit balance

Your credit balance is the total remaining amount from all active, non-expired credits. You can view your current balance on the Credits page in the Console.

Credit history

You can view a history of all redeemed credits, including:

  • Credit name
  • Amount redeemed
  • Date redeemed
  • Remaining balance
  • Expiry date

Validating a credit code

Before redeeming, you can validate a credit code to check whether it can be used. A code may be invalid if it:

  • Has expired
  • Has already been redeemed
  • Has been disabled

Expiry

Credits may have an expiry date. Expired credits are no longer available to offset usage charges.
